You will need the Check-In permission to perform this action.
Click on "Events > Check-In > Stations" in the left hand navigation. Then click on "Edit" at the end of the row of the check-in station you want to edit.
A pop up will appear containing the details of that station. See this article under "Authorization" section for details on the fields you can edit.
