You will need the Limited Read People permission to see this information.
Navigate to the person's profile and click on the "Involvement" tab. Then select the "Events" sub tab. A table containing all events the person has responded to will appear. The following columns are available:
Event - the name of the event.
Response - the person's response (e.g. Going, Maybe, Not Going).
Comments - any additional comments entered along with the response.
