Once the filters and columns are set, run the query by clicking on the blue Run Query button. The results will appear in a table below that button.
To export the results to CSV, click on the Export All Results button as shown above, or select Export from the Actions menu.
Tip: When a report was built with the AI Assistant, there is no Run Query button. The results run automatically as soon as the report arrives and after every refinement. Use Refresh to run it again and Export All Results to download every row. Row clicks and drilldowns are turned off in AI mode, and Generate report is not offered in the bulk actions. When you select rows for a bulk action, the confirmation count is the number of distinct people, which can be smaller than the number of rows. See How do I build a report with the AI Assistant?
Actions
The Actions menu contains actions on the resulting data.

Resetting
Click on the Clear all filters button to reset filters and construct a new query. The default query is shown below, the same view when first visiting the query builder.
