An attendance marking sheet is a printable roster you can use to record attendance by hand, then enter it later. You build the list of people in Reporting > Query Builder in the left-hand navigation menu, then generate the sheet from the results.
Generate an attendance marking sheet
In the left-hand navigation, go to Reporting > Query Builder in the left-hand navigation menu, with Data Source set to People.
Build a query that returns the people you want on the sheet. For example, you might filter for everyone in a certain group.
Click Run Query to load your results.
Above the results, open the Bulk Actions menu and choose Generate report.
In the Generate Report window, open the Reports dropdown and choose Attendance Marking Sheet.
These parameters appear:Date - the date the marking sheet is for.
Page Breaks - how the sheet is split across pages. The default, By group, starts each group on a new page.
Sorting - the order names are listed in. The default is By last name.
Format - the file format of the output. The default is PDF.
Click Run Report to download the marking sheet. See below for an example of the output.
