Connections can be used to enter how a church member has interacted with your church in ways that cannot be captured through automated means such as online forms or workflows. These connections (or interactions) are then part of the associated person's profile.

Examples include handwritten weekend connection cards, verbal interactions, and prayer cards. The system does not enforce a particular way this data can be entered and therefore can be completely customized to match your church.

Once you enter a connection, you can optionally assign it to someone else to follow up by a given due date.
