Anyone with the Full Account permissions can update the subscription.
To enable Accounting you will need to upgrade your subscription.
Navigate to "Account Settings" on the top left under your name along the side menu. Select the "Upgrade" button along the top and an Edit Subscription pop up will appear. Select the box next to Accounting; the price of activating Accounting will appear next to the Accounting option. Then, scroll and select the "Save" button.
