Anyone with the Full Account permission can update the subscription.
To enable Accounting you will need to upgrade your subscription.
Click your name in the upper-left of the side menu and choose Account Settings. Then click the Actions dropdown in the upper right and choose Edit Subscription.
An Edit Subscription pop up will appear. Check the box next to Accounting — the price of activating Accounting will appear next to the option. Then scroll down and click Save.
