How do I make mass changes within the system?

Describes how to make mass change options within One Church.

Users will need Reporting and People Mass Change permissions to complete this function.

You can perform a mass change to many different aspects within the system using the People Query Builder.

Building a query

First, go to Reporting > Query Builder, within the left-hand navigation menu, which retrieves all individuals you would like to perform a mass change to. Within the Query Builder: People, apply the appropriate filters, scroll down and select "View Results," go to the "Actions" dropdown and select "Mass Change."

The Perform Mass Change pop up will appear:

Option One

Your first option is to update a profile field. (See screenshot below.) This includes many fields on a person profile, such as title and campus attended, as well as custom fields.
