One Church Software provides a great way to keep track of room usage. You can block out dates and times that a room would not be able to be used.
Go to Events > Resources in the left-hand navigation menu and refer to the "Usage" tab. From there, you can add, edit or delete block out dates.
Adding block out date
Select the "Add Block Out Dates" button (3), where you can choose the start date, the end date, times and if the event repeats. Then you would click on the "Save" button.
Editing block out date
Select the block out date from the calendar (4) and modify the dates or times and click on the "Save" button.
Deleting block out date
Select the block out date from the calendar (4) and choose the "Delete" button from the pop up.
