Only users with the Full Account permission can can cancel the account.
Cancel the account from within the software. Simply sign in and visit the Account Settings page.
Next, click on the Actions drop down and select Disable auto renewal.
A popup will appear providing information and a questionnaire regarding the desire to not renew. Click on Continue after answering the questions, then note the following window regarding the last day of access to the system.
Note: Once the date has passed, access to the software and any data contained within the account is no longer available. Account data is stored for up to six months, after which it is completely deleted. There is no responsibility to maintain data after cancellation or the transfer of data.
