Only users with the Full Account permission can can cancel the account.
You can cancel your account from within the software. Simply sign in and visit the account settings page.
Next, click on the "Actions" drop down and select "Disable auto renewal."
A popup will appear giving you information and a questionnaire regarding your desire to not renew. Click on "Continue" after answering the questions then note the following window where you see the last day you will have access to the system.
Note: Once the date has passed, you no longer have access to the software, nor any of the data contained within the account. Your account data is store for up to six months after which is completely deleted. We are not responsible to maintain data after cancelation nor the transfer of data.
