How do I make potential changes to my account and get a billing estimate?

Describes obtaining a billing estimate when making possible account changes.

If you’re planning to make changes to your One Church Software subscription—like updating your plan, adding add-ons, or adjusting the number of person profiles—it’s helpful to know what your updated billing will look like.

To do so, select the "Account Settings" button at the top of the side menu and then click on the "Upgrade" button at the top.

A pop-up will appear where you can modify your plan and related details. The system will give you an estimate of billing changes at the bottom of the pop-up.

All upgrades and downgrades are prorated based on the remaining time in the billing cycle (in minutes). If you downgrade, then you get a credit for unused time, which is then automatically applied to any future invoices.

Note that Premium is no longer offered and has been replaced by Core Plus. You would have to choose a new plan, and then you can make the appropriate changes. More on that can be found here.
