How do I make potential changes to my account and get a billing estimate?

Describes obtaining a billing estimate when making possible account changes.

To make changes to a One Church Software subscription, such as updating a plan, adding add-ons, or adjusting the number of person profiles, it’s helpful to know what updated billing will look like.

To do so, select the Account Settings button at the top of the side menu and then click on the the plan name button at the top.

A pop-up will appear where a user can modify the plan and related details. The system provides an estimate of billing changes at the bottom of the pop-up.

All upgrades and downgrades are prorated based on the remaining time in the billing cycle (in minutes). If a downgrade occurs, a credit for unused time is generated, which is then automatically applied to any future invoices.

Note that Premium is no longer offered and has been replaced by Core Plus. A new plan must be chosen before making appropriate changes. More on that can be found here.
