How do I contact support?

Lists the channels customers can use to receive help

There are many ways to get help from our customer support with any issues or questions that arise. We are always happy to help so please feel free to reach out with anything you need.

Chat
On any screen within the software, you will find an icon (shown below) in the bottom right-hand corner. Click on this to ask questions, provide feedback, report an issue, or speak with us about anything you need help with. Chat is available 5 days a week and on weekends for emergencies only. This is the best and recommended way to reach us for support.

Please note that chat is only available for Core Plus subscriptions only.

Sat. - Sun., 9 AM - 3 PM ET (emergencies only)

You can email us directly at support@onechurchsoftware.com. Customers on the Core or Financial Only plans must use this option for support or use the email widget located in the lower right within One Church.
