Help with common issues related to the usage of the software

One Church Software is a 100% online service that uses your web browser to access the information stored on our servers. As such, there are only a handful of situations that may cause you to experience slowness.


Refresh your web page by clicking the refresh button located near your browser's URL address bar. Alternatively, you can click on the URL in the address bar and press "Enter" on your keyboard.

We may be doing a system update or be undergoing server maintenance. We typically only do this on the weekends or after business hours. 

Not loading as you expected

Make sure you are using the latest version of your browser. We support the latest version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Firefox.

In rare occasions after a system upgrade, the software may no longer be compatible with old stored data in your browser, such as cache and cookies. Follow this unofficial guide to learn how to clear your browser or device's cache.

Internet connectivity error

Disconnect your router from power for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and try again. Alternatively, you'll want to contact an IT person or your internet service provider for additional assistance with this.
