Help with common issues related to the usage of the software

One Church Software is a 100% online service that uses a web browser to access the information stored on our servers. As such, there are only a handful of situations that may cause slowness.

Slowness

Refresh the web page by clicking the refresh button located near your browser's URL address bar. Alternatively, click on the URL in the address bar and press "Enter" on the keyboard.

We may be doing a system update or be undergoing server maintenance. We typically only do this on the weekends or after business hours.ย 

Not loading as expected

Make sure the latest version of the browser is being used. We support the latest version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Firefox.

In rare occasions after a system upgrade, the software may no longer be compatible with old stored data in a browser, such as cache and cookies. Follow this unofficial guide to learn how to clear a browser or device's cache.

Internet connectivity error

Disconnect the router from power for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and try again. Alternatively, contact an IT person or internet service provider for additional assistance with this.
