You must have Write access for either Contributions or Accounting.
Business profiles do not count toward your profile quota (only person profiles do).
Click on "Contact" in the left-hand navigation menu. Then click on "Add New" at the top and then "Business."
A pop up will appear with various fields. Only, Name - the name of the business, is required.
When finished, click on the "Save" button to add the business.
