How do I edit an existing check-in station?

Describes how to edit the configuration settings for an existing check-in station.

You will need the Check-In permission to perform this action.

You can update a check-in station's name, search type, theme, and other settings at any time.


Edit a check-in station

  1. In the left-hand navigation, go to Events > Check-In and select the Stations tab.

  2. Find the station you want to change, open the 3-dots menu (⋯) on its row, and choose Edit or click on the name of the station.

  3. In the Edit Station window, update the fields you need, then Save.

You can edit the following:

  • Name - the station's display name. This field is required.

  • Search Type - how guests are found at the station (for example, Roster Station or Text Search). This field is required.

  • Show Keyboard? - when on, an on-screen keyboard appears at the station.

  • Print To - which printer the station prints name tags to.

  • Theme - the check-in theme applied to the station's screen.
