You will need the Check-In permission to perform this action.
You can update a check-in station's name, search type, theme, and other settings at any time.
Edit a check-in station
In the left-hand navigation, go to Events > Check-In and select the Stations tab.
Find the station you want to change, open the 3-dots menu (⋯) on its row, and choose Edit or click on the name of the station.
In the Edit Station window, update the fields you need, then Save.
You can edit the following:
Name - the station's display name. This field is required.
Search Type - how guests are found at the station (for example, Roster Station or Text Search). This field is required.
Show Keyboard? - when on, an on-screen keyboard appears at the station.
Print To - which printer the station prints name tags to.
Theme - the check-in theme applied to the station's screen.
