You will need the Full Write Forms permission to perform this action.
Navigate to the desired form via the "Forms" button in the left-hand navigation menu, and select "Delete" from the "Bulk Actions" menu in the upper-right area.
You can also go to the form listing and select "Delete" from the 3-dot drop-down button at the beginning of the row containing the form you want to delete.
A confirmation message appears. Put in the number to finish deleting the form.
Helpful Tips
All submissions will also be deleted.
Any payments made during the submission will not be deleted, but they will be detached from the entry. It will still be credited to the person
