You will need the Full Write Service Plans permission.
Navigate to the service plan and click on "Private" located below the plan name. Toggling "Is Public?" will bring up options that control exactly what is shared. Include as much or as little in the public version of the service plan.
Once completed, click on the "Save" button to enable public sharing. A "Share" box will appear in the right-hand column with sharing options as well as a public service-plan button. A log in is not needed for that page.
Helpful Tips
This setting determines the availability of a public link, enabling external access to the service order. Scheduled volunteers retain access to the service plan irrespective of this setting.
The public service plan version will not be publicly listed online. It is the responsibility of the user to share the link with the congregation as deemed appropriate.
