You can download all the songs on a service plan as a single PDF — a handy "songbook" you can share with your worship team. You can also include the order of service and other attachments in the same file.
Download a songbook
Songbooks are created from the Actions > Download plan on any service plan.
Open the download options
Go to Service Planning and open the service plan you want.
Select Actions > Download plan. You can also select the Download button on the Order tab.
In the Download Plan window, choose what to include (see below), then select Download. One Church Software generates a single PDF with everything you selected. This can take a moment if the plan has many attachments.
Download options
The Download Plan window groups your choices into three sections.
Include
Order of Service - adds a simple view of the order of service as the first page of the file.
Song PDFs - adds the PDF attachments for any plan items that have songs linked to them. This is what makes your songbook.
Other PDFs - adds all other, non-song PDF attachments.
Time(s)
If the plan has more than one service time, choose which time(s) to include.
Fields
Choose how much detail to include for each item: Plan Image, General Notes, Lengths, Descriptions, Song Details, and Item Notes.
Tip: For a songbook your worship team can play from, keep Song PDFs checked. Uncheck Order of Service and Other PDFs if you want the song charts on their own.
