We have software experts ready to train you and your team in how best to use One Church so you have a strong foundation. Trainings are conducted via Zoom, an online, collaborative meeting tool. Multiple people can attend a single training. Of course, you can always reach out to support using our convenient in-app chat widget with any questions you have as well.

To help you get started, all new subscriptions on the Core and Core Plus plans get 3 free trainings in the first month. They do expire at the end of the first 30 days, so please make sure you take advantage of the trainings if you need them.

Note: Core Plus plans get one 1 training included every month. Additional sessions can be purchased as needed on any plan.

You can schedule a training at any time by logging into One Church and choosing "Schedule a Training" under the user menu in the top right.
