Users will need the Contributions Settings permission to perform these actions
The Designation Code is a required field when editing or setting up a designation; it is an abbreviation you create that will help identify the designation quickly within the system.
You can update the Designation code under Contributions > Settings > locate the designation you want to change and select the "Edit" button at the end of the row.
The "Edit Designation" pop up will appear. Locate the Designation Code section > edit the text.
