Important: To initiate a credit check, Protect My Ministry must first be enabled on the account. If this has not already been done, please visit this article.
Even if the Protect My Ministry integration is enabled, contact Protect My Ministry to request approval to run credit checks.

Adding an employment credit check screening
First, navigate to the person's profile requiring the credit check. Next, select the Safeguard tab, then choose the "New Screening" button.
A pop-up will appear. Select Package: Customized > Custom: Employment Credit Check.
Note: Selecting "Employment Credit Check" will automatically populate the customized package option above it.
