Users will need Write Background Checks permission to complete this function.

Important: Before you can initiate a credit check you must first have Protect My Ministry enabled on your account. If you have not already done this, please visit this article.

*Even if you have enabled the Protect My Ministry integration you will need to reach out to Protect My Ministry and request approval to run credit checks.

How to Add a New Employment Credit Check Screening
First, navigate to the persons profile you would like to preform the credit check on.
Next, select the Safeguard Tab > Then, the "New Screening" button

A pop up will appear.
You will need to select > Package: Customized > Custom: Employment Credit Check

Note: Selecting Employment Credit Check will automatically populate the Customized Package option above it.
