You will need the Full Read Financial permission to run these reports.

Click on the "Reports" button on the batch listing screen in the top right corner. This will open a pop up where you will be able to run the available batch reports.

The batch reports use the data warehouse as it's data source. Please see this article for more information.

Batch Summary

This report shows overview information on batches and the funds within. The report is split between two sections: Batch Overview and Fund Overview. The following report parameters are available.

  • Format - the report output. You can choose between PDF, CSV, and HTML. The default is PDF.
  • Status - the statuses of the batches you are interested in including in the report.
  • Date Range - either All or Custom. The default is All. If All, all batches will be returned. If Custom, only those within the specific date range (inclusive) will be returned. There are helper buttons which auto populate the start and end date with this week's or last week's (starting on Monday). The default is this week's date range.

Fund Detail Listing

This report shows contributions to a fund within a date range. The following report parameters are available.

  • Format - the report output. You can choose between PDF, CSV, and HTML. The default is PDF.
  • Fund - the fund to report on.
  • Date Range - the start and end date (inclusive)

Tips

  • In addition, if the above is not what you are looking for, you can run ad-hoc reporting using the Contribution Query Builder found under Reporting in the left hand navigation menu. You have more control over what data you want to report on from the query builder.
