Guest users will need to be given access to view the people directory. Non-guest users always have access to the people directory.

To locate contact records in One Church Software, including both people and businesses, start by clicking "Contacts" in the left-hand navigation menu. This will take you to the Contacts section, which includes two main tabs: People and Businesses.
By default, the People tab will be selected. This tab displays a list of individual contact records, organized in a table format with columns such as first name, last name, email, phone, address, campus, birthday, age, and record type.
You can customize which columns appear by clicking the "Columns" button in the top right corner of the table. If you want to export data, you can use the checkboxes next to each person’s name to select one or more records, then click the "Actions" button in the upper right-hand side of the page to choose the export option.
To view business contacts, click on the Businesses tab within the Contacts screen. This section will show a similar table with columns like name, description, email, phone, and address, along with any custom fields your organization has set up.
As with people records, you can adjust the visible columns by using the "Columns" button. You can also use the checkboxes to select business records and export them via the "Actions" menu.
At the top of both the People and Businesses tabs, you'll find a search bar to help you quickly locate specific records. You also have filtering options available to narrow down your view by criteria such as name.
Version 6.0
To view a complete listing of all the people, click on "Contacts" in the left-hand navigation menu. The list of people will appear on the screen.
