You will need the Full Write Contributions permission to perform this action.
From the left-hand navigation menu, click Contributions > Batches to open the Deposit Batches listing and locate the batch you want to delete.
Tip: Auto-generated batches cannot be deleted.
Delete a single batch
There are two ways to delete one batch at a time. Either method opens the same confirmation prompt before the batch is removed.
From the Deposit Batches listing
Click the 3-dots menu next to the batch name and choose Delete from the dropdown.
From within the batch
Click the batch name to open it, then click the Actions button on the right side of the page and choose Delete from the menu.
Delete multiple batches at once
Select the checkbox at the start of each row for the batches you want to delete.
Click the Bulk Actions button that appears above the table.
Choose Delete from the menu.
Warning: All delete actions require confirmation. The prompt reads Are you sure? Data loss will occur — WARNING! You are about to delete the selected records. ALL data for the record will be deleted. This action cannot be undone!
