The System Tasks (formerly the To-Do List) on the dashboard is a handy way to stay on top of tasks requiring one's attention.

What shows up on the System Tasks system generated and depends on the permissions, assignments, and other settings.


Among those items include:


• Access requests

•Workflow assignments

• Connection assignments

• Group membership requests

• Position membership requests

• Pending account deletion requests

• Pending resource requests

• Unmatched contributions

• Recurring schedule errors

• Potential duplicates

• Pending background checks

• Past due bills

• Past due invoices

• Unclosed batches

• Unclosed accounting periods

• Draft register entries

• Pending imported bank item review

Clicking the System Tasks item on the dashboard will direct one to the relevant section for managing that notification.
