You will need the Full Write Forms permission to perform this action.
There are two ways to add a form. The first is to click on the "New" drop-down menu at the top of any page, and click on "Form."
The other way is to navigate, via the left-hand navigation menu, to the form listing and click on the "Add New" button at the top.
Regardless of the method choosen, a pop up will display:
Name - the title of the form
Category - this is a way to organize the form.
Once completed, click on the "Save" button to finish and be redirected to the form to start designing.
Helpful Tips
The form will be created as "Unlisted." This means the form will not be shown to other users on the form listing screen unless they have the Forms permission.
By default, the user who created the form will be notified of any submissions. This can be changed in the form settings, however.
The login button can be removed from a form.
