You will need the Full Write Resources permission to perform this action.
Version 7.0
Go to Events > Facilities (formerly named Resources) in the left-hand navigation menu and then select the "Rooms" tab. The full list of available rooms appears. Click on the name of the room to edit. Or click on the three dots at the beginning of the row and choose "View.'
Afterwards, the room details page will appear. Select "Edit room" from the "Actions" drop-down menu in the upper right area. A pop up will appear to edit the details of the room.

To edit, copy, add, and/or delete questions
From the "Questions" tab, click on the three dots beside the desired field and select "Edit," "Copy," or "Delete"
To add a question, locate the "Add Field" button at the bottom.
Version 6.0
Go to "Events > Resources" in the left-hand navigation menu and then select the "Rooms" tab. The full list of available rooms appears. Click on the name of the room you want to edit. You can also click on the "View" button at the end of the row.
Afterwards, the room details page will appear. Select "Edit room" from the "Actions" drop-down menu in the upper right area. A pop up will appear where you can edit the details of the room.

To Edit, Add, and/or Delete Questions
From the "Questions" tab > You can hover over a question already created and select either the Pencil Icon to Edit, or the Trashcan Icon to Delete the question.
To add a new question, Locate the "Add new question" button at the bottom.
