How do I edit an existing room?

Describes how to edit an existing room.

You will need the Full Write Resources permission to perform this action.


Go to Events > Facilities (formerly named Resources) in the left-hand navigation menu and then select the Rooms tab. The full list of available rooms appears. Click on the name of the room to edit. Or click on the 3-dots menu at the beginning of the row and choose View.

Afterwards, the room details page will appear. Select Edit room from the Actions drop-down menu in the upper right area. A pop up will appear to edit the details of the room.

To edit, copy, add, and/or delete questions

From the Questions tab, click on the 3-dots menu beside the desired field and select Edit, Copy, or Delete.


To add a question, locate the Add Field button at the bottom.
