You will need the Change Logs permission to perform this action.
To find out who deleted a person’s profile in One Church Software or identify which profile was removed, the “Change Logs” feature can be used.

Once logged into the system, select Settings & Tools (Cog icon in the tool-bar) in the top right corner of the screen. Under Tools/Utilities, select Change Logs, which tracks recent changes in the system.
To narrow down the search, click the Filter button, then in the Message section, type in “Person removed.” After clicking Search, a listing will appear.
Each entry will show the profile that was deleted, listed in the Record Name column, along with the Performed By column indicating which user carried out the deletion. A timestamp showing exactly when this happened will also be visible.
The Change Logs permission also controls the view history option on individual records and in table listings. Selecting view history from a record’s Actions menu opens that record’s change logs in a pop-up window, and selecting View history from a row’s three-dot menu in a table listing opens the full Change Logs page filtered to that type of record. Users with the Limited Account permission can also view change logs.
This information helps ensure transparency and accountability by making it easy to track user activity related to deleted person profiles.
