To find out who deleted a person’s profile in One Church Software or identify which profile was removed, the “Change Logs” feature can be used.

Once logged into the system, click the “gear” icon located in the top right corner of the screen. From the menu, select “Change Logs,” which tracks recent changes in the system.
To narrow down the search, click the “Filter” button, then in the Message section, type in “Person removed.” After clicking “Search,” a listing will appear.
Each entry will show the profile that was deleted, listed in the “Record Name” column, along with the “Performed By” column indicating which user carried out the deletion. A timestamp showing exactly when this happened will also be visible.
This information helps ensure transparency and accountability by making it easy to track user activity related to deleted person profiles.
