    • Then open a program like Paint or Word and press Ctrl + V to paste it.

  2. Snipping Tool (More Flexible)

  3. Full Screen & Save Automatically

    • Press Windows Key + PrtScn.

    • The screenshot is saved directly to the Pictures > Screenshots folder.

🍎 On a Mac

  1. Whole Screen

    • Press Command (⌘) + Shift + 3.

    • Screenshot saves directly to the desktop.

  2. Part of Screen

    • Press Command (⌘) + Shift + 4.

    • Drag to select an area, and it will save to the desktop.

  3. Menu Option (Super Easy)

    • Press Command (⌘) + Shift + 5.

    • A small menu pops up at the bottom with easy buttons for capturing the screen or recording.

On both Mac and PC, the screenshots usually go straight to the Desktop or Pictures folder, so they don’t need to worry about pasting unless they use the Print Screen method
