Service Planning

Describes service plan and song related permissions on a user's access rights.

These permissions make up the Service Planning group within a role's permissions, and they control access to service plans and the song library. To review or edit them, go to Settings & Tools (Cog icon in the tool-bar) > Security > Roles, open a role, and select the Permissions tab. You'll find these options under the Service Planning section.

Plans

Full Read Service Plans

  • Can view all service plans.

Full Write Service Plans

Users with this permission also have the Full Read Service Plans permission.

  • Can add, edit, and delete all service plans.

Songs

Full Read Songs

  • Can view details on all songs.

Full Write Songs

Users with this permission also have the Full Read Songs permission.

  • Can add, edit, and delete songs.
