Be sure you are logged into your profile through the browser version to complete this function.
Editing Recurring Giving from the Browser
First, select View My Profile underneath your name in the top left-hand corner or by clicking your name in the top right-hand corner. Next, navigate to Financial > Schedules.
Within the Schedules sub-tab you can manage any scheduled donations, and can edit them by clicking the Schedule ID or the 3-dots menu and Edit.
To cancel a recurring schedule, simply enter an end date within the edit screen.
Click Save when you're finished making changes.
Editing Recurring Giving from the Mobile App
When using the mobile app, you will still need to access the browser version to edit recurring giving. Start by logging into the mobile app. Under your name, you will see a link to View My Profile.
While viewing your profile, click the 3-dots menu in the top-right corner as shown below and click Open in Browser.
If you're not already logged into the browser, you may open to the login screen. If so, log in again with the same credentials. Once the browser opens, simply follow the instructions at the top of this article to log in from the browser.
