Users will need Contributions Settings permissions.
Select 1. Contributions > 2. Settings in the left-hand menu. Then, select the Giving Portal tab and then the name of the name of giving portal or the horizontal dots and then Edit.
Scroll down to the Designations section and select "choose designations" to select the desired designations from the right-hand side modal.
Once you have selected the desired designs, you will see that all the designations are grouped by category.
You can click and drag the six dots to reorganize the categories and then the three lines to reorganize the designations.
Once you have adjusted the order of designations, click save. All changes take effect immediately.
Version 6
Go to Contributions > Settings > Merchants > Edit. Then, hover, and select the blue arrow indicating to move up or down. You can also click on the desired designation fund and drag it to its new location.
Be sure the merchant account is set to show on the Giving Portal.
