Users will need Contributions Settings permissions.
You can easily create multiple permanent giving portals. This allows you to customize each portal with specifc branding, messages, and designations. Each portal will alos have a unique URL or web address and embed code. Consider creating separate portals for different campuses or special circumstances.
Add a New Portal
To add a new giving portal, select Contributions > Settings in the left-hand menu. Next, select the Giving Portals tab and select Add Giving Portal.

This will open the Add New Giving Portal window.
Copy an Existing Portal
It is possible to copy an existing portal where you can use a different deposit account. This may be helpful for different campuses or locations. To copy a portal, select Contributions > Settings in the left-hand menu. Next, select the Giving Portals tab. Locate the desired portal in the table and select the 3 horizontal dots, and then Copy from the dropdown.
A pop-up window will open to add the name of the portal and select the desired merchant account.

This will create a new giving portal using the settings from the selected portal. It will be disabled initially. After the new portal is created, click on its name on the list, or the 3 horizontal dots, and select edit to modify any settings and enable it.
Delete an Existing Portal
Deleting a portal will remove all data from it from your system. Consider disabling the portal if historic data needs to be maintained.
To delete a portal, select Contributions > Settings in the left-hand menu. Next, select the Giving Portals tab. Locate the desired portal in the table and select the 3 horizontal dots and then Delete from the dropdown.
This will open a window to enter a text to confirm the desire to delete, with a warning that all data will be deleted and can not be recovered.

You can easily create new permanent giving portals by copying existing merchant accounts. This allows you to personalize each portal with unique branding, messages, and designations. Consider creating separate portals for different campuses or events, reviewing and adjusting settings for specific purposes.
Note: All contributions across these merchant accounts will be deposited into the same bank account.
To create a new portal, navigate to "Contributions" on the left-hand menu, select "Settings" and go to the "Merchants" tab. Select the arrow beside "Edit" next to the appropriate merchant account and click on "Copy."
Choose the name of the merchant account and select "Copy."
Customize the new portal name, message, header image, email confirmations, and available designations within the "General" and "Notification" tabs within the pop up. Once the details are set, click on "Save."
