How do I access Communication tools and configuration options (Email, Text, & Push Notifications)?

Communication is located the "Messaging" button in the header. Options for Communication are listed as Email, Text message and Push notification, as well as Message history, Scheduled notifications, Email templates and Delivery and opt-outs.

The communication tools are also found within the "gear" icon located at the top right of the page.
