The serving module includes the ability for users to view their volunteer schedules, sign up for serving opportunities, and join open positions in ministry teams. By default, these screens are accessible by going to Serving in the side menu. Users must be logged in to view this area of the system.

Volunteers can not only view dates, times, and positions they are scheduled to volunteer for, but they can respond to assignment requests as well. This includes finding a replacement and swapping with other volunteers (if the plan supports those options).

In addition, volunteers can view the associated service plan they are scheduled on directly within the app which allows them to view the order or service and who else is scheduled to serve with them. Users with elevated access are also able to edit the service plan and send out serving requests as well.
