You will need the Full Write People permission to edit a person's profile. Family members with access to their own profile can manage their own combined statement preference.
In One Church Software, a married couple sees each other's giving on a giving statement by having Family Settings set to Combined. When two people in the same family are both set to Combined, their contributions are grouped into a single statement that each of them can view.
Combine a family's giving statements
Use the search bar at the top of the page (the magnifying glass icon) to find one of the family members, and click the person's name to open their profile.
On the profile, click the Financial tab.
In the Family Settings card, click the pencil icon to open the Edit Person window.
Scroll to the Family Settings section. For each family member, choose Combined to include them on a shared statement, or Individual to give them their own statement.
Click Save. The change applies to the whole family β there is no need to repeat these steps on the spouse's profile.
Once both spouses are set to Combined, each of them will see a single combined giving statement that reflects their joint contributions.
Tip: A combined statement is the official tax statement for the couple. If one also wants to track individual giving totals over time, they can stilled be viewed on each person's Individual total in the Overview block at the top of the Financial tab.
