This will add a field that only accepts dates to the form. This is to allow someone to type in a date or select it from a calander widget. Date format is limited to MM/DD/YYYY.

If you are collecting date of birth, please use the Profile Information field or the People field.
The following fields are available when configuring this field:
Label - The field name
Description - Text entered here will appear between the field name and the text box.
Automation tab:
You can add an automation by clicking on "Add Automation" button, and move that person who submitted the form to a group and/or workflow.
Options tab:
Is Required? - Select "Yes" if text must be entered for this field before being allowed to submit.
Admin Only? - If yes, this field will ONLY appear when editing a previous form submission and is meant to be filled out by an administrator.
Is Conditional? - Makes the visibility of this field dependent on the answer to another field.
Is Hidden? - This will hide the field from the submitter's view. This is needed when a form has submissions with this field already, as those can not be deleted.
