Account passwords are encrypted and cannot be recovered. This ensures that the password remains private. If a password is forgotten, it must be reset using the steps below:
Navigate to the login screen and click Forgot password?.
Enter the email address associated with the account registration and click Submit.
An email will be sent containing a link to reset the password.
If the email does not appear, check the spam folder or other non-inbox folders.
Ensure the email address being used matches the one used during registration or is the one listed as the primary address on the account.
As a security precaution, four incorrect login attempts will result in a 20-minute lockout. Resetting the password removes this timeout early.
