You can print (or save as a PDF) your event calendar in Month, Week, or Day format. The Week and Day formats lay events out on an hourly grid for each day, which is the best option when a week or day has too many events to fit cleanly on a printed month view.
Opening the print options
Go to Events > Calendar in the left-hand navigation menu. Click the printer icon in the toolbar above the calendar (next to the refresh icon) to open the Print Calendar window.
Choosing a format
The Format field controls how the printed calendar is laid out:
Month - prints a traditional month grid, similar to the Month view on screen. Because each day only has a small amount of space, a very busy day may not show every event.
Week - prints a single week as a day-by-day grid with hourly time slots, so every event for that week has room to show, even on a busy week.
Day - prints a single day using the same hourly grid, which is helpful when one day has too many events to read clearly on a month or week printout.
Tip: If you notice events missing from a printed Month view, switch the Format to Week or Day to print that busier stretch with more room per event.
Setting the date range
The Date Range fields automatically adjust to match the format you choose - selecting Week snaps the range to a full week, and selecting Day snaps it to a single day. You can also set the Date Range fields manually to print a different week, day, or month than the one currently shown.
Adjusting orientation, font size, and style
A few more fields let you fine-tune the printout:
Orientation - Landscape or Portrait. Month and Week default to Landscape, and Day defaults to Portrait, but you can switch either way.
Font Size - Small, Normal, or Large.
Style - defaults to Full Color, matching the colors assigned to each calendar.
Previewing and printing
Click Preview to see exactly how the calendar will print before you commit to it. From the preview window you can print directly, or download it as a PDF to save, email, or print later.
Tip: Based on the number of events on a given day, some events may not show if you run out of space. Use the Preview to check before printing, and switch to a different Format if anything is cut off.
