How do I activate and use pre-check-in?

Pre-Check-In is a convenient feature in One Church Software that allows families to quickly check in at church with minimal wait time.

To get started, navigate to Mobile App located in the left-hand navigation menu in One Church Software. Scroll down until the Pre-Check-In section is visible. Ensure the Enabled setting is toggled on. There is also an option to choose a barcode format—either a striped barcode or a QR code. The QR code is recommended, as it is easier to scan and works with a 2D scanner.

Next, open the My One Church mobile app. Tap the three-horizontal bar menu in the top left corner to open the menu and click on the Sign In or Register button. After logging in with the username or email address and password, select Pre-Check-In. From here, choose the individuals in the household who need to be checked in. Simply tap the names, hit the check mark, and select Done when finished.

When arriving at the location, scan the code generated by the app. This is a single-use barcode that expires at the end of the day. Once it's scanned at a check-in station, check-in is complete. Everything is now set.
