How do I activate or make changes to my subscription?

Describes how to activate your subscription during the trial or upgrade an existing subscription.

Ready to sign up for One Church Software? Great! We can walk you through the process over the phone at (855) 932-2060 or you can do it yourself (instructions below).

If you've not yet created an account yet, you can get started by entering your email in the text box on our website and following the instructions in the email you receive.

After you create an account, you can click on the "upgrade" button located at the top of the screen after you've logged in.

If you are upgrading your current subscription plan, or if your trial has recently ended, select the "Account Settings" button at the top of the side menu and then click on the "Upgrade" button at the top.

Regardless of which method you chose, a pop up will appear where you can choose your plan and related details as well as enter payment information if it wasn't previously entered.

The following fields are available:

  • Plan: Choose between Standard, Plus, and Complete. See pricing here.

  • Frequency: Choose to pay month-to-month or save 20% and sign up for the whole year at once.

  • Quota: This is the number of people profiles you plan to manage within the software. If your quota is over 16,000 please contact us for pricing or use the chat widget in the lower right.

  • Auto upgrade: Whether to upgrade your subscription automatically (prorated) to the next quota tier when you exceed the set quota above.

  • Promo Code: If you have a promo code enter it here and select "Apply" button.

The Add-ons section allows you to add the App Builder and/or the Accounting Module to your plan, as well as to increase your media storage. All accounts come with 5 GB of free storage.

The final step is to enter your billing information (if applicable).

If you would like to add text messaging to your subscription, please follow the steps in the "Welcome & Confirmation" email that you'll receive after you sign up or read this article.
