You will need the Reporting permission to perform this action.
Having two addresses is common for some people: a primary address where they live most of the year and a seasonal address where they stay during certain months. Using Reporting > Query Builder in the left-hand navigation menu, you can find everyone who has a seasonal address on file.
Filter seasonal addresses in Query Builder
Follow these steps:
In the left-hand navigation, go to Reporting > Query Builder.
Make sure Data Source is set to People (this is the default).
In the Filters column on the left, type "seasonal" in the search box (or expand Contact > Address), then click Is Seasonal? to add it to your query.
In the Query column in the middle, the filter appears as "has address where Is Seasonal? is yes." Leave the condition set to is yes. To change it, click the condition, adjust it in the Edit Filter window, and click Save.
In the Columns panel on the right, choose which details to include in your results.
Click Run Query to see everyone who has a seasonal address.
Tip: To reuse this filter later, click Save as... at the top of the Designer to store it as a saved query.
