How do I reactivate my subscription?

Describes how to reactivate a One Church Software subscription after it becomes inactive due to non-payment.

Updated today

If your One Church Software subscription becomes inactive due to non-payment, you can quickly get back up and running by entering a new payment method on the reactivation screen. This article walks through what you and your team will see when the account is unpaid and how to complete the reactivation.

Only users with the Full Account permission can reactivate a subscription and enter payment details.

What users will see when the account is unpaid

When an account goes unpaid and a user attempts to log in, what they see depends on their permissions:

Users without billing permissions will see a message letting them know the subscription is not currently active. They will need to reach out to someone at the church who has the Full Account permission in order to get the subscription reactivated.

Users with the Full Account permission will be taken directly to the Reactivate Subscription page (shown below), where they can enter a new payment method and bring the account back online.

Reactivating the subscription

After logging in with a user that has the Full Account permission, you will be taken to the Reactivate Subscription screen. A banner at the top will show the current balance due and will note that the card on file will be charged upon submission.

To reactivate the subscription, complete the following:

  1. Payment Method: Choose your payment type (e.g. Credit/Debit) from the dropdown.

  2. Card Details: Enter the card number, expiration date (MM/YY), CVC, and the card holder's name.

  3. Billing Address: Enter the street, city, state, and postal code associated with the payment method.

  4. Click the Pay button to submit your payment. The amount shown on the button reflects the current balance due on the account.

Your connection is secure and all financial data is encrypted during the reactivation process.

Once the payment is processed successfully, the subscription is immediately reactivated and you and your team will regain full access to One Church Software.

Troubleshooting

  • I don't see the Reactivate Subscription page when I log in. You most likely don't have the Full Account permission. Ask another leader at your church who manages billing to log in and complete the reactivation.

  • My payment won't go through. Double-check the card number, expiration date, CVC, and billing address. If the issue persists, contact your bank or try a different payment method.

  • I need help. Our team is happy to help! more about contacting support can be found here.
